Financial Services Foundation:
Yinka began her career in financial services, serving as a Financial Analyst at Credit Suisse (investment banking) and Regional Business Analyst at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where she worked with asset management clients across a $20+ billion organization. This experience provided her with a solid understanding of financial services culture, operations, and the complex stakeholder dynamics essential for driving change in large, matrixed organizations.

Healthcare Operations Experience:
Yinka co-founded and directed operations for Graceful Aging Adult Day Care Center, gaining hands-on experience with healthcare delivery challenges, regulatory requirements, care coordination, and the operational realities of serving vulnerable populations. This experience informs her consulting work with healthcare systems and pharmaceutical organizations.
